Synopsis
It is dawn in Moddergat, a small coastal village in the Netherlands in the year 2039. There is little time left for the four-headed delegation of the International Climate Tribunal to prepare the human sacrifice that will keep the dangers of climate change at bay.
But when spring tide is rolling in and the world is watching, the sacrifice, a young man from the village, asks himself if he is truly willing to give his life for the greater good.
